Join the AM Solution team
Positions at the firm itself, in our Seeduwa office. Each notice carries a closing date and comes down the day after it passes.
Run the day-to-day HR behind our placements: candidate records, deployment paperwork, attendance and payroll inputs, and EPF/ETF and labour-office filings for outsourced cadres. You will be the person clients call when a document is needed.
What we look for
- Diploma or degree in HR management, or two years in an HR or payroll role
- Working knowledge of EPF/ETF, gratuity and Sri Lankan labour-office procedures
- Accurate with records and spreadsheets
- Sinhala and English; able to deal with workers and managers alike

Grow AM Solution's client base among factories, hotels, caterers and logistics operators on the western corridor. You will find the operations managers who are short of people, present the three engagement models, and hand a warm lead to the founder to close.
What we look for
- Two or more years in B2B sales or marketing, ideally services sold to factories, hotels or logistics firms
- Fluent in Sinhala and working English; Tamil is a plus
- Comfortable on the road: client visits across Seeduwa, Katunayake, Ja-Ela, Ekala and Negombo
- Able to keep a simple pipeline and report weekly
- Motorcycle or car licence
