- Uncapped sourcing and unlimited replacements for the approved cadre
- A one-time LKR 5,000 per head applies only to extra headcount for new plants or shifts

Model 03
Turnkey HR and operational outsourcing
Customhourly, daily shift or fixed contract
For operations that want the workforce run end to end, with the statutory exposure carried by us.

- EPF/ETF, labour law and PHI obligations carried by AM Solution
- Recruitment, shift planning and payroll fully managed
